Investigator Dornell Cousette was a big Alabama fan like many people who grow up in West Alabama. He provided security at football games and supported his home team. The University of Alabama decided to light the stadium in blue on Wednesday, September 18th and put Cousette's car on the Walk of Champions on the north end of the stadium so the community and UA fans could pay their respect before the weekend's football game. UA Athletics also held a moment of silence on the field before the game in honor of Cousette, and fans wore blue ribbons and clothing in his honor.
